Official Rules of the Price Cutter/Food Pyramid Suite Seats Sweepstakes Promotion

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

This promotion is offered by Price Cutter, Food Pyramid, Ramey and Smitty's stores. Promotion starts on April 22, 2009 and ends on July 7, 2009.

You must be 21 to enter. You must be a legal resident of Missouri or Oklahoma to win. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and the participating companies and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and their immediate family members (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, spouses and inlaws regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

You may enter the sweepstakes by cell phone by texting the word "cards" to the phone number: 74700, for the Price Cutter contest or texting the word "driller" to the phone number: 74700 for the Food Pyramid contest. Normal cell phone and texting charges apply based on your individual plan with your cell phone carrier. You may also enter by sending a 3" x 5" card with your name, address, city, state, zip code and phone number(s) to: Suite Seats Sweepstakes, 336 S. Barnes, Springfield, MO 65802. Mail entries must be received by July 7, 2009. Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operations or transmission of your entry. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone. Sweepstakes will be conducted by a third party, Sumotext.

Sponsor collects personal information from each entrant when they enter the Sweepstakes. By entering you are granting permission for use of your information in future promotions which may include but is not limited to calls, texts or emails. You may opt out at any time by sending the text "stop" to 74700 from your cell phone. Normal cell phone and texting charges apply based on your individual plan with your cell phone carrier. The information collected may be used for promotions in the future by the company and could be shared with other vendors as necessary, but only for our own promotions.

Price Cutter Suite Seats promotion: First Prize: One winner will receive St Louis Cardinals, 4 box seats, 2 innings in the broadcast booth with the Cardinals announcers and a $100 gift certificate to Mike Shannon's restaurant. Transportation and hotel accommodations are not included. Second Prize: 1 winner will receive 16 suite tickets with complimentary food and drink for July 24, 2009 game. Third Prize: 1 winner will receive 4 Red Bird Roost tickets with complimentary food and drink. Date choice subject to availability. Reasonable prize substitution may be made at the discretion of the Sponsor.

Food Pyramid Suite Seats Promotion: First Prize: One winner will receive Tulsa Drillers, 12 suite tickets with complimentary food and drink. Date choice subject to availability. Second Prize: One winner will receive Tulsa Drillers, 8 tickets and a $100 food gift certificate. Third Prize: 6 winners will receive a Budweiser Glove Chair. Reasonable prize substitution may be made at discretion of the Sponsor.

Winners are selected randomly by computer based on entries received. Winners will be notified by phone. Winners who cannot be reached within 7 days will forfeit prize and a new winner will be selected.

Winners subject to tax based on law. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

To receive the name(s), city and state of the prize winner(s) and/or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Suite Seats Sweepstakes Winners List, 336 S. Barnes, Springfield, MO 65802. Requests or winners list must be received by August 31, 2009, and you must designate which promotion you are entering—Cards or Drillers.
